Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

ThaksPhoto sells digital photographic files. There is no physical shipment. After your payment is confirmed, your files are delivered electronically and immediately by:

• secure download links shown on your order confirmation page; and
• a delivery email sent to the address provided at checkout.

2. Timing

Delivery is normally instant on payment confirmation. Confirmation is received from the Bank of Maldives (BML) gateway via webhook; in rare cases of network delay, links appear within a few minutes.

3. Download Validity

Download links remain valid for 7 days from purchase. Please download and back up your files within this period. If a link expires, contact us with your order number and we will reissue it.

4. Import / Export & Legal Restrictions

As products are delivered electronically, no customs duties, import or export charges apply. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the purchased images complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction. Licensing limits are described in the Purchase & Refund Agreement.

5. Delivery Problems

If you do not receive your download links, first check your spam folder, then contact us via the contact page quoting your order number. Genuine non-delivery due to a technical fault is refunded in full — see the Agreement.
